Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Executive Club Lounge operations to ensure exceptional service standards
- Manage and develop lounge staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Handle guest inquiries, VIP requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and budget compliance for lounge amenities
- Coordinate with F&B and housekeeping departments for seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain health/safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in luxury hospitality/lounge operations
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of premium service standards and CRM systems
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid food handling and safety certifications preferred
