Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day management of F&B operations
- Lead and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and promotional activities
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
