Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fabrication operations including stamping, welding, and machining processes
- Manage machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate with engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Lead production planning activities to ensure efficiency and meet quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Train and mentor junior technicians and machine operators
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D departments to prototype new fabrication techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery operations
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid Philippine safety certifications (OHSAS 18001 preferred)
- Experience managing teams of 15+ technicians/operators
- Advanced problem-solving skills for production line challenges
- Fluency in English with strong written/verbal communication abilities
