As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of technical operations, coordinating with vendors, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and leading site inspections across our sprawling property. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all systems meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers to ensure quality delivery of maintenance works.
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repair requests.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate documentation of facility assets and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale events and hotel property upgrades.
- Assist in the management of departmental budgets and procurement of essential maintenance supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or property maintenance, preferably in large-scale hospitality or commercial settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, MEP, and fire safety systems.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead small to medium-sized technical teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by the business.
