We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager (Facilities) to join our Engineering team and contribute to the operational excellence of our iconic property.
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, overseeing the maintenance and operation of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and vertical transportation. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
You will also take charge of project delivery, from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and contractors. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing energy-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. You will collaborate with various departments to support events, operations, and guest experiences, ensuring that the facilities always meet the highest standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the engineering team in day-to-day operations and maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems.
- Oversee project delivery, including renovation and upgrade projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Monitor facility performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in hospitality or integrated resorts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Knowledge of building systems, M&E, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety codes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
