As an Assistant Manager, Facilities Lead, you will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager to implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repair services, and manage vendor relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for multiple retail locations in Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage facilities budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
- Supervise facilities staff and provide guidance on technical issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement solutions
- Coordinate with store management to address facility-related customer concerns
- Develop and maintain facilities documentation, including blueprints, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or retail operations
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations
- Certification in facilities management or related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in using facilities management software and Microsoft Office applications
