Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee monthly financial closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial performance through variance reporting and KPI monitoring
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets with regular forecasting updates
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining documentation
- Mentor junior finance staff and provide training on financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of manufacturing/ logistics financial operations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights
- Certifications in accounting or finance highly desirable
