Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including tax filings, tax planning, and managing tax audits.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, conducting performance reviews, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential financial risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory adherence.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification as a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Senior Accountant role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
