Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21/23/25/29) and coordinate with external auditors/authorities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline budget planning and forecasting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and experience in E-Faktur/E-Bupot systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a professional team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A/B is highly preferred.
