Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day financial, accounting, and tax operations of the company.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise the preparation of corporate tax returns (PPh, PPN) in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to optimize financial workflows and mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights for cost-saving and profit-maximization strategies.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting.
- Lead and mentor the finance department team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance/accounting leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian Taxation Laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
