Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily inventory financial administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by providing insightful analysis on inventory costs and trends.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operational departments to streamline inventory management workflows.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and dashboards for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain internal controls and documentation to ensure audit-readiness and compliance with financial regulations.
- Supervise a small team of administrative staff, providing guidance and performance feedback to meet operational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control within the inventory department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, inventory control, or general accounting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and financial accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining organizational standards.
