Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and distribute timely financial reports to management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor financial performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities in manufacturing processes
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely settlements
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining compliance standards
- Support cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency
- Manage junior finance staff and develop departmental workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in finance with manufacturing industry experience
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations
- Proven leadership abilities in finance teams
