Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end workshop operations, specifically focusing on crane maintenance and repair workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of technicians to ensure high-performance standards and skill development.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety compliance and environmental protocols within the workshop environment.
- Optimize turnaround times for repairs by streamlining processes and reducing equipment downtime.
- Manage inventory, tool maintenance, and spare parts procurement to support seamless operations.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align fleet availability with operational project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet management or heavy equipment workshop operations, ideally with crane experience.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management within a blue-collar industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and operational goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, site-based environment in Tuas.
