Join Private Advertiser's pioneering team as Assistant Manager, Fleet Operations (Autonomous Vehicles) and lead the next generation of transportation innovation. Based in our Tampines office, you'll report directly to the Manager, Fleet Operations to oversee the daily operations of our autonomous vehicle fleet. This critical role involves ensuring fleet safety, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing cutting-edge logistics solutions in Singapore's rapidly evolving smart mobility landscape.
You'll be instrumental in developing and executing fleet management strategies, coordinating maintenance schedules, and analyzing performance data to enhance vehicle uptime and reliability. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a diverse team of technicians and operators while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee daily fleet operations for autonomous vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and vehicle allocation to maximize fleet utilization

- Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and optimize deployment routes
- Manage a team of fleet operators and technicians, providing guidance and performance feedback

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management systems
- Proven experience in team management and operational supervision
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and fleet management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Familiarity with Singapore's transportation regulations and smart city initiatives
