Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner success strategies for FMCG accounts to drive growth and engagement on the Grab platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from partner companies, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize their presence on Grab's ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed
  • Identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and develop business cases for potential initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to partner relationships
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Represent Grab at partner meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, partner success, or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of success in FMCG industry or e-commerce partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus
