Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fiduciary operations and fund administration activities ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service for institutional fund clients
- Coordinate KYC/CDD processes and monitor anti-money laundering compliance frameworks
- Prepare regulatory filings and financial reports for fund entities
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and investment teams on complex fund structures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fund administration or fiduciary services
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (Bafia, SC guidelines)
- Proficiency in fund accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- ACCA/CFA/CAIA certifications preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
