The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding food safety and quality protocols, managing team performance, and driving growth in one of Singapore's most vibrant dining districts. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily food service operations to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor and kitchen staff to maintain peak performance standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with MUIS Halal certification requirements and internal quality policies.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, P&L reports, and staff scheduling.
- Implement health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with NEA and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or food service operations.
- Proven knowledge and experience working within MUIS Halal-certified environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
