Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of grant applications, processing, and disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all grant guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budget forecasts, and claims for various grant-funded projects.
- Act as a key liaison between internal project teams, finance departments, and external funding agencies or auditors.
- Monitor grant utilization, project expenditures, and overall progress against approved grant objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project managers and teams on grant-related financial matters, compliance, and best practices.
- Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and filing systems for all grant activities, ensuring audit readiness.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the grant administration workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in grant management, financial processing, project finance, or a similar role.
- Demonstrable understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and grant accounting principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, particularly with financial data and documentation.
- Proficiency in financial management software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insightful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
