Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the floor team to deliver high-energy service that aligns with brand standards.
- Oversee daily venue operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable and 'vibe-focused' experience.
- Monitor and analyze venue performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and guest throughput.
- Manage team scheduling and floor deployments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service escalations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house synergy.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-traffic retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and maintain morale in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory tracking, and basic operational reporting.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Resilient personality with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
