Villa Chee, a premier boutique resort nestled in the scenic landscapes of Sekinchan, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager / Housekeeping Manager to join our growing family.

As the guardian of our guest experience, you will ensure every room and public space reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise directly shapes the reputation of our hotel. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and mentor the team, develop strategic cleaning schedules, and manage department budgets.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will champion our sustainability initiatives, implement best practices in inventory management, and drive high guest satisfaction scores. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to Villa Chee's luxury cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to control costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to coordinate room assignments and facilitate seamless guest flow.
  • Plan and implement departmental budgets, schedules, and payroll to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest feedback and special requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role within a hotel or resort.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
  • Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Maestro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and sustainable practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.
  • Willingness to relocate to or commute within Sekinchan, Selangor.
