Are you an experienced facilities or housekeeping professional with a background in high-security environments? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, Housekeeping to oversee the critical cleanliness and maintenance operations for the RTS Link stations, ICQ, and depot in Bukit Chagar, Johor.

In this mission-critical role, you will lead external cleaning vendors to ensure our facilities meet strict safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards 24/7. Your work directly impacts the daily commute of thousands and the operational efficiency of a world-class rail transit system. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent vendor management skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence in a high-security transit environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and monitor the performance of third-party cleaning vendors to ensure compliance with strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular site inspections at RTS stations, ICQ complexes, and depot facilities to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement operational cleaning schedules that align with 24/7 transit throughput requirements.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to stringent rail safety protocols and high-security site regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely procurement.
  • Lead emergency response cleaning efforts and coordinate deep-cleaning projects during off-peak hours.
  • Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or facility operations, preferably in high-traffic or transit environments.
  • Proven track record in managing external vendors and cleaning contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a security-sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to work shifts or irregular hours as required by the 24/7 nature of rail operations.
