Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Lead infrastructure design and implementation projects for LAN/WAN systems
- Manage cloud platforms and hybrid environments to ensure scalability and security
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware procurement and service agreements
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance for complex issues
- Analyze system metrics and implement improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification required
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
