The successful candidate will play a key role in our quarterly investment reporting cycle, bridge communication between the finance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) teams, and manage key dividend distribution processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver quarterly investment performance results with comprehensive risk assessment criteria for the ERM team.
- Oversee the half-yearly ABF dividend distribution process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Conduct thorough reviews of monthly investment reports and reconciliations.
- Support the treasury function by managing cash flows and liquidity requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules related to investment assets.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at process improvement and financial reporting automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment accounting, treasury operations, or banking.
- Strong understanding of investment instruments, financial markets, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Proven ability to interpret financial data and generate detailed risk assessment reports.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Bloomberg) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA, or ACCA) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
