Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day system support operations, including prioritization of issues raised by users
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT applications across the organization
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve system performance
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on technical procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support and applications management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
- Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) would be an advantage
