Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee IT documentation and knowledge management systems for applications and support services
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations
- Monitor and analyze IT application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the implementation of new IT applications and systems as required
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices in application management and support
- Prepare regular reports on IT application performance and service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT applications and support management
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
