Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability and performance across all systems.
- Lead and manage IT vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and technical services align with company standards.
- Develop and implement robust security protocols to protect organizational data and infrastructure from emerging threats.
- Coordinate regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Manage IT procurement and maintenance contracts, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Provide technical leadership and support for infrastructure-related projects and system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure configurations and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in managing external vendors, service providers, and contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud security principles.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical leadership.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly desirable.
