In this critical role, you will act as the right hand to the IT Procurement Manager, ensuring the seamless acquisition of enterprise technology, software licenses, and IT infrastructure.
As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to compliance and performance management. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our IT budget, ensuring that our technological investments are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with Gamuda’s digital transformation goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the IT Procurement Manager in the planning, sourcing, and acquisition of hardware, software, and IT services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring adherence to internal policies and financial governance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align procurement strategies with project objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research and vendor benchmarking to identify the most cost-effective and reliable supply solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment terms.
- Monitor vendor performance, track compliance, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze IT spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing models (SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise), and hardware procurement.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and numerical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
