In this position, you will work closely with the Head of IT Shared Services to oversee centralized IT operations, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and provide exceptional end-user support. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices in IT service management, ensuring system reliability, and continuously improving our IT infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in overseeing centralized IT operations across the organization
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Coordinate end-user support services to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software procurement
  • Participate in IT infrastructure planning and implementation projects
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on IT operations and service metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with focus on Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices
  • Experience in IT service management and end-user support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
