Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain robust IT system operations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across all university platforms.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect institutional data and network assets.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement system patches, updates, and configuration changes in alignment with change management protocols.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts, providing rapid incident response and root-cause analysis for any anomalies.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external IT audits.
- Support the migration and integration of new IT systems, ensuring they meet established security and performance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and/or cybersecurity operations.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and server management (Windows/Linux).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in security tools, SIEM platforms, and cloud security frameworks (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative academic environment while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
