We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - IT Technical to join our innovative team at NTT DATA Payment Services. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the technical architecture and development of secure, high-performance Android payment applications. You will be responsible for seamless POS integration, ensuring robust system maintenance, and delivering feature-rich solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
As an Assistant Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality, security compliance (PCI DSS), and timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in mobile development and customer-driven technical support will be instrumental in shaping the future of our payment ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for Android-based secure payment applications and POS solutions.
- Oversee the integration of third-party payment gateways and Point of Sale hardware systems.
- Ensure the highest level of data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture planning.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients.
- Optimize application performance, maintainability, and scalability of existing codebases.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmap features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Android application development using Java or Kotlin.
- Proven experience in fintech, payment processing, or banking software development.
- Strong understanding of Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and design patterns.
- Experience with POS integration, Bluetooth, and NFC technologies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption standards, and PCI DSS compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
