You will serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, monitoring performance metrics, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies to maximize performance and market share within assigned key accounts.
- Monitor account performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends to optimize business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Supply, Marketing) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic negotiation.
- Lead and mentor junior account management staff to ensure team success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM), Sales, or Business Development within the tech, logistics, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Tagalog).
