Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of the Lien Fellowship Programme, ensuring seamless operations and effective participant support.
- Manage project timelines, logistics, and resource allocation to meet key departmental milestones.
- Organize high-level events, workshops, and networking sessions for international fellows and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for fellows, providing administrative guidance and support throughout their tenure.
- Analyze program outcomes and prepare detailed progress reports for management and funding partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to streamline communication and process efficiency.
- Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance the reach and impact of the fellowship programme.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme management, event coordination, or corporate administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in an academic or non-profit setting is highly advantageous.
