Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive live-commerce account plans to aggressively achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives to deliver exceptional client service and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and influencer marketing teams to orchestrate high-impact and scalable live sessions.
  • Analyze detailed campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive ROI reports for clients.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of new innovative services.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in live commerce, social media algorithms, and e-commerce best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and complex commercial agreements with key stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Agency environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-value enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Live Commerce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and LazLive.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, fully fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Highly data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform dashboards, Tableau).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented startup culture with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience in the FMCG, fashion, or beauty sectors is a significant advantage.
