Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate materials handling activities to ensure smooth production support and supply chain flow.
- Plan, manage, and optimize transportation routes and logistics schedules for timely deliveries.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff to achieve high performance.
- Champion workplace health and safety (OSHA) standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, enhance service levels, and streamline processes.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare logistics reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP.
- Proven experience in managing inventory control, materials handling, and transportation management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Familiarity with Malaysian customs regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and logistics best practices.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to be based at Bukit Beruntung, Rawang.
