Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager - Maintenance to lead our facility operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall strategic oversight of preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the reliability and longevity of our critical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in executing repairs, inspections, and routine tasks.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized facility services and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures to optimize the maintenance budget.
- Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance reports, asset records, and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility management or engineering, including supervisory experience.
- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
