You will lead maintenance strategies, oversee complex mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure the integrity of automation processes including DCS and PLC. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all plant maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and peak operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Supervise DCS, PLC, and plant automation processes to ensure high-performance control systems.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase asset longevity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects and plant improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety (WSH) standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and external contractor relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance management experience within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industry.
- Proficiency in industrial control systems including DCS and PLC architecture.
- Strong knowledge of local industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and contractors.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Relevant certification in plant operations or project management is highly advantageous.
