Are you an experienced leader looking to drive operational excellence in the manufacturing and logistics sector? Private Advertiser is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager or Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in supporting the Branch Head to manage the day-to-day operations effectively.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that branch operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. You will act as a vital link between upper management and the operational team, ensuring that business objectives are met while maintaining high standards of customer service. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Head in the strategic planning and execution of branch goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and manufacturing departments to streamline workflows.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control procedures are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in branch management or operations within the manufacturing/transport industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the region when required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as necessary.
