You will be responsible for conducting critical on-site RF investigations and measurements, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of cellular networks within the Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site Radio Frequency (RF) measurements and performance analysis.
- Investigate and resolve complex RF interference issues and network quality concerns.
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with government agencies, mobile network operators, and key technical partners.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to resolve public-facing connectivity inquiries.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation regarding network compliance and performance.
- Monitor and analyze cellular network trends to ensure optimal coverage and service stability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to upgrade infrastructure and implement new telecommunications standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RF planning, optimization, or field operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of cellular technologies (4G, 5G, LTE, and beyond).
- Proficiency in using RF measurement tools, spectrum analyzers, and network drive-test software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently on-site and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
