Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive arts programming including exhibitions, performances, workshops, and festivals
- Manage operational aspects of the Centre including budgeting, vendor contracts, and facility logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of staff, volunteers, and student organizations in project implementation
- Curate strategic partnerships with external arts institutions, industry professionals, and cultural bodies
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to maximize audience engagement and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, accessibility standards, and university policies
- Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports for continuous improvement of arts initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in arts administration, event production, or cultural institution management
- Proven track record in budget management, financial reporting, and resource allocation
- Strong project management skills with ability to oversee complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate partnerships
- Experience supervising teams and fostering collaborative work environments
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
