You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive technical excellence to deliver world-class infrastructure solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage electrical installation works for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
- Supervise on-site electrical contractors to ensure all work is executed according to specifications and local building codes.
- Coordinate closely with internal project teams, clients, and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies during the construction phase.
- Monitor project progress against strict deadlines, managing resources and procurement to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and ensure all electrical commissioning processes meet safety and performance standards.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports, technical documentation, and electrical design submissions for regulatory approval.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, variation claims, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project management, specifically within the commercial building sector.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Standards (SS) for electrical installations, Code of Practice (CP), and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
- Proven ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design and project management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing subcontractors and diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-value project workstreams simultaneously.
