Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
- Lead and optimize all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and space utilization.
- Develop and implement robust inventory control systems and strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock rotation.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, coordinating with suppliers and transporters to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) across all production and warehouse activities.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, warehouse, and logistics, generating reports and presenting actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in operations, production, or warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems (WMS, ERP) and best practices.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to food safety, occupational safety, and environmental compliance in a manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Shah Alam, Selangor.
