- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in production management within manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in production management software (ERP/MES)
- Problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 standards
