Sephora is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to co-lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) agenda across various countries in the region. In this pivotal 9-month contract role, you will drive the transformation of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, agility, and excellence across the network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, analyze complex performance data, and propose innovative solutions that streamline logistics and enhance the overall customer experience. - Co-lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) agenda and drive strategic initiatives across countries.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement and monitor supply chain best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align operational goals with corporate strategy.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve logistics, inventory, and process efficiency.
- Communicate complex supply chain insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regional regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
