As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operational processes, bridging communication gaps, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily administrative and managerial tasks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Management team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring organizational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear and accurate communication.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain essential business documentation and administrative reports.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide support to ensure departmental KPIs are met.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve operational issues with a high level of professionalism.
- Support strategic planning and implementation of business improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
