Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective material planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize costs while maintaining service levels
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with production schedules
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track material movements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and supply chain processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and planning software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
