Merpati Mahardika is a leading industrial player currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager for Mechanical Engineering to join our manufacturing facility in Cikupa, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our production machinery and facility infrastructure run at peak efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with a strong technical background in mechanical engineering. You will lead a dedicated maintenance team, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operation and maintenance of all production machinery and mechanical facility assets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the mechanical engineering team to achieve departmental KPIs and safety objectives.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and execute mechanical modifications for process optimization.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or equipment upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with production managers to plan and execute maintenance shutdowns without compromising output targets.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and facility improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other engineering design software for facility layout and technical drawings.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement sustainable root-cause solutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (professional working proficiency).
- Good understanding of ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and K3 requirements.
