- Coordinate end-to-end exhibition lifecycle planning from concept to installation
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for art transportation and setup
- Develop project timelines and ensure milestone adherence
- Collaborate with curators to translate artistic concepts into visitor experiences
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation for gallery projects
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical staff and volunteers
- Conduct post-exhibition evaluations and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Art History, or Cultural Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in exhibition coordination or gallery operations
- Strong project management skills with budget awareness
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in exhibition design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of cultural heritage preservation standards
- Ability to manage flexible schedules during exhibition peaks
