Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for the Office for Protection of Employee to join our Human Resources team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process cases of employee abuse, harassment, and misconduct with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Conduct comprehensive investigations and prepare detailed reports with objective findings
- Provide guidance and support to affected employees throughout the complaint and resolution process
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including management, legal teams, and external agencies
- Develop and implement preventive programs and training to promote a safe workplace culture
- Review and update protection policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate case management records and provide statistical reports for management review
- Conduct awareness sessions and workshops on workplace rights and protection measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, case management, or HR investigations
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and workplace conduct standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically
- Professional demeanor with high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Experience in a healthcare or large institutional setting is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and report-writing abilities
