We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Operation Admin (I&I - Analytics). In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data to drive improvements across our operations, directly contributing to better patient outcomes and organizational excellence.
As a key member of the Insights & Informatics (I&I) department, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, resource optimization, and strategic growth. Your analytical expertise will support critical initiatives such as patient flow management, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making by senior management.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Lead and mentor junior analytics staff, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics and technology, recommending innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in analytics, operations management, or business intelligence, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and regulatory environment in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
