Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution workflows
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize holding costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP and supply chain software
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CPIM) preferred
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's logistics regulations and customs procedures
